At Acknowledge Education, we care about student well-being.  At Acknowledge Education, student life can be exciting and challenging. We hope all students can complete their studies without any issues or illness.

However, we know that this is not always possible. If you are experiencing issues or problems, our staff are there as much as possible. Still, if you believe you need someone independent to speak to about your situation, we also have counselling available.

Book your online session now here or calling 1300 374 033 or emailing info@acscounselling.com.au.   Please click here to learn more about FREE counselling sessions provided by Australian Counseling Service (ACS).

There are many reasons why someone might want to speak to a counsellor. For example, if you are experiencing:

  • Mental health issues, including anxiety, stress and depression
  • Cultural shock and homesickness
  • Trauma, loss, and abuse
  • Bullying, harassment and discrimination
  • Study/work/life balance

If you are experiencing difficulties with assessments or preparing your assessments, you can also speak with your academic support officer on your campus. Your student service officer will be about to tell you how to get in contact with them.
